At Mint Card Co., we are committed to providing authentic, high-quality products. Due to the nature of collectible trading card products, please review our return policy carefully before completing your purchase.

🎴 Trading Card Game (TCG) Products – FINAL SALE

All Trading Card Game (TCG) products are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or cancellation.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Booster packs

  • Booster boxes

  • Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs)

  • Collection boxes and tins

  • Sealed cases

  • Blister packs

  • Individual cards (raw or graded)

  • Any sealed TCG product

Due to the tamper-sensitive, collectible, and market-volatile nature of trading card products, all TCG sales are final once purchased.

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, market price changes, pulls not meeting expectations, minor packaging imperfections, or print variances.

📦 Non-TCG Returns

Non-TCG merchandise may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item must be unopened, unused, and in original condition

  • Item must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover processing, inspection, and payment processing costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

🚫 Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

Pre-orders may not be canceled unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion due to pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or suspected fraud.

📬 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect non-TCG item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • Description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied.

Please note: Minor cosmetic imperfections in sealed TCG packaging (small dents, shrink wrap looseness, corner wear, etc.) do not qualify as damage.

⚠️ Fraud & Chargeback Protection

Mint Card Co. documents all orders prior to shipment, including high-value TCG products. Fraudulent chargebacks or false claims may be disputed with supporting documentation.
