1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Mint Card Co. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you may not use our website or services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

By using this site, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

  • All information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

  • You are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

3. Product Availability & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion

  • Limit quantities per customer, household, or address

  • Correct pricing errors at any time, even after an order has been placed

If your order is canceled, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.

4. Trading Card Game (TCG) Products – Final Sale

All Trading Card Game (TCG) products are sold as FINAL SALE.

Due to the collectible, tamper-sensitive, and market-volatile nature of TCG products, we do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Booster packs, booster boxes, ETBs, sealed cases

  • Collection boxes, tins, blisters

  • Raw or graded cards

  • Any sealed TCG product

Minor packaging imperfections, shrink wrap variations, or manufacturer print defects do not qualify as damage.

By purchasing TCG products, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.

5. Order Processing & Cancellation

Orders may not be canceled once processed.

Pre-orders are subject to specific terms disclosed at time of sale and may not be canceled unless explicitly stated.

We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, resale exploitation, or pricing errors.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Mint Card Co. is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Address errors provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

7. Returns & Restocking Fees

Eligible non-TCG items may be returned within 14 days of delivery and are subject to:

  • Approval upon inspection

  • A 15% restocking fee

  • Non-refundable shipping charges

8. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

We actively document high-value orders prior to shipment.

Fraudulent chargebacks or false claims will be disputed with supporting documentation. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who engage in abusive or fraudulent activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mint Card Co. shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Market value fluctuations of collectible items

  • Manufacturer defects beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the item.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
